Yes, all quotations and initial meetings are free and we place you under no obligation to commission work once a quotation has been issued.

How long is my quotation valid for?
Quotation validity can depend on the nature of each project, but a general rule of thumb is 3 months from date of original quotation.

How long does it take to get a quote?
We endeavour to return quotations within 5 working days. This period may be longer for larger projects where multiple trades are involved with a lengthy lists of materials costing required.

Yes, our work is guaranteed. Duration and scope depend entirely on the service(s) you commission. Guarantees will be discussed at preliminary meetings by our company representative, who will be happy to answer all your questions.

We realise a 7 day a week service is required in some instances to complete work on time or weekends may be more suitable to some clients. Discussion of project delivery and working days will be comprehensively covered by our company representatives.
